On 1st April 2020, I received an email from Richard Boon who was in school at Pierrerpont with Anton for many years in the 1960s.
When they graduated, they both moved to London to pursue their respective careers and training and met up often. They enjoyed chilling to the latest tunes of the time. In 1972, Richard moved to the USA and regrettably lost touch with Anton. However, Anton did make contact with Richard while he ran a hotel in Virgin Gorda in the 1980s, but they never managed to meet up. Over the last 10 years or so, Richard has been trying to find his old friends from Pierrepont, but never could find Anton until today when he came across this site I created in his memory on the 10th anniversary of his death. According to Richard, Anton was well liked, highly regarded for his rugby prowess, general fun nature and being an all-round good chap, he has arranged for this site to be added to the Old Pierrepontians website. Here is a photo that Richard sent me. You might be able to spot him - I did. He's 4th from the left in the front row.
